Investment Opportunities

We constantly aim to identify attractive investment opportunities in various selected European countries. At present we focus in particular on the following areas:

Germany
During the second half of 2007 we have built up a property portfolio in Northern Germany with an approx. value of EUR 150 million. Our subsidiary Schaumann Consulting manages this portfolio, via offices in Hamburg, Lübeck and Kiel. We are currently putting together further portfolios in Northern and Southern Germany and in the Leiepzig/Dresden region.

Finland
We continue to have great confidence in the Finnish real estate market and are endeavouring to identify interesting property portfolios in Finland via our subsidiary in Helsinki.

Invest together with us
Bank loans and structured equity products, including property bonds and shares, finance many of our property investments.

In future we expect to be able to offer these products to a larger group of investors. In some cases, it will be possible for a limited number of investors to buy shares in a property investment company together with us.
