Dividends

It is the wish of the board of directors of Schaumann Properties A/S that the Group focuses on its capital adequacy and equity ratio to meet the expectations of financial partners and to secure the necessary financial stamina.

Consequently, the board of directors will recommend to the general meeting that no dividends be distributed for the financial year of 2008. Nor does the board of directors expect the general meeting to resolve that dividends be distributed in the subsequent financial year.
