Property Bonds

Schaumann's property bonds represent an interesting opportunity to participate in the Group's property investments. The bonds are issued by wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Schaumann Group.

Each issue is secured on the top 20% of the value of selected portfolio properties. The bonds, which are listed on the Nordic Stock Exchange in Copenhagen, are suitable for investors interested in a high and stable yield.
